One of the first projects we have done together with Portable Centres Portsmouth in 2022 – Sainsbury recycling units. Portable Centres has asked us to create a design of the recycling portable unit which can be located in the Sainsbury’s car park. The unit is equipped with three machines collecting plastic and glass bottles. Every client who will dispose of recyclable bottles will get a discount ticket for shopping at Sainsbury.
Unit includes:
- customers lobby in the front part of the unit
- three collecting machines (unit can serve three customers at once)
- rear storage area for the waste bins with a ramp to ease access.
This unit has been designed in such a way, that number of collecting machines can be adjusted to the size of the shop. For smaller shops we’ve made units with one or two collecting machines, for bigger shopping centres units with four and five machines, so pod is fully adjustable.
